This Power Cage With Lat Pulldown and Seated Row has been designed with heavy duty, adjustable Internal Safety Spotter Bars, Adjustable Dip Handles and a Multi Grip Pull-Up Bar.
It also come supplied with 2 pairs of J-hooks.

The J Hooks (bar catches) and safety spotter adjustment holes are spaced 50mm apart so they can be utilised for bench press, incline press, military press, squats, bent over rows and many more exercises.

Multi Grip Pull Up Bar
The pull up bar has been designed to accommodate close grip, medium grip and wide grip pull ups as well supinated, pronated and hammer grip positions.
 
Lat Pulldown & Seated Row
This enables you to diversify the number of exercises you can perform with its inbuilt lat pulldown and seated row system. It has been designed to provide the ideal movement trajectory during your workout, providing a smooth motion while performing lat pulldowns, seated rows and other cable exercises.
 
Lat Pulldown Leg Stabiliser
This rack also comes supplied with a horizontal stabiliser bar, that fits over your legs to hold them in place while performing lat pulldowns, so you are not being lifted off the bench due to the weight of the plates being lifted during reps.
 
J Hooks
The fully adjustable J hooks are designed with efficiency in mind, as you are able to insert and remove them using a simple rotation which takes mere seconds. As there are 2 pairs of J hooks, this enables you to have the front J hooks set for bench press height and the rear ones for squats, so you don't have to change the heights during training.
 
Steel Safety Bars
The adjustable solid steel safety bars are built to withstand very heavy loads to protect users during training, especially during bench press and squats.
 
Dip Handles
Ergonomically spaced and removable tricep dip bars come included with rubber grips to ensure an ideal grip during your dip exercises.
 
Free Standing
This rack is completely free standing and does not required fixing or any form of bolting to the floor.
